With a fully-equipped studio in Edinburgh and a growing network of matwork classes at venues across the capital we are proud to be Scotland’s leading Pilates provider.
As the name suggests we believe Pilates-Works for all from elite athletes to performers, pre and post-natal women, those seeking injury rehabilitation and those seeking the perfect Pilates body!

SUMMER PILATES

With the summer holidays approaching we have put the new matwork classes online for you to book. To make it easier for those of you heading off on holiday we have spilt the eight weeks into two blocks. Hopefully this will help some of you that may not be able to make a full eight weeks but still want to do some exercise over the summer.
