What Is Pilates Works?

Pilates Works is a leader in developing and promoting the Pilates method in Scotland and is becoming increasingly involved in areas of elite sport and medicine. Pilates Works now assists organisations as diverse as SPL Football Club Heart of Midlothian and the NHS Post Graduate Dental Education for Scotland.

Pilates Works teachers have successfully completed extensive training and work to a strict code of practice governing professional ethics. All instructors are on or are working towards inclusion on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), which is the benchmark for the industry. Pilates Works also follows Body Control Pilates guidelines and many of our teachers have been trained by this world-leading organisation.
